Agnes A. Mindrup, 92, formerly of rural New Almelo, Kan., died Friday (Dec. 2, 2005) at Community Hospital of McCook.
She was born March 31, 1913, in rural Norton County to Henry J. and Elizabeth (Silke) Mindrup. She attended high school in Clyde, Mo.
She moved to McCook in 1972. She did house cleaning and custodial work for Nebraska Public Power for 17 years.
She was a member of the St. Patrick's Catholic Church and Altar Society.
She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, Henry, Herman, John, Albert and Leo Mindrup; and two sisters, Sister Mary Alphonsa and Philomena Mindrup.
Survivors include one sister-in-law, Anna Mindrup of Salina, Kan.; five nephews and one niece.
Rosary will be Tuesday, 7 p.m., at Carpenter Breland Chapel in McCook with the Rev. Gary Brethour officiating. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, 10 a.m., at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in McCook with the Revs. Kerry Ninemire and Gary Brethour officiating. Interment will be Wednesday, 2 p.m., at the St. Joseph Cemetery in New Almelo with the Rev. Vincent Thu Laing officiating.
