Shannon Moore and Daniel McCorkle, both of McCook, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Parents of the couple are Don and Vonnie Moore and Terry and Jill McCorkle, all of McCook. The bride-to-be is attending North Platte Community College, upon graduation she will be certified as a dental assistant. The prospective bridegroom is attending North Platte Community College pursuing a degree in electrical technology. He is employed at Shell Services in North Platte. The ceremony is planned for Friday, Dec. 30, 2005, at McCook Christian Church in McCook.
