Parents of the couple are Dennis and Sheila Pfeiffer of Wauneta and Dave and Char Mees of Fairbury.
Grandparents of the couple are Oscar W. Pfeiffer of Eustis, the late Inez Pfeiffer, the late Vernon and Ramona Nordhausen, Kathren Mees of Fairbury, the late Arnold Mees and the late John and Eileen Ebel.
The bride wore a gown of chiffon over satin with a halter neckline style dropping to a deep V neckline in front which flowed into a beaded band in an inverted V front, continuing to encircle the waistline. A chiffon ruffle fell from the waist back to flutter downward to create a brush train. On a chain, she wore a pendant that had been fashioned from the wedding ring worn by her late grandmother, Ramona Nordhausen, and carried a bouquet of red roses.
Heidi Anderson of Arvada, Colo., served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kim Kuykendall of Mahomet, Ill.; Carrie Pfeiffer, sister-in-law of the bride, of Lincoln; Dixi Wellman of Waverly; Stacy Lineweber, sister of the bridegroom, of Beatrice; and Jennifer Adkins, cousin of the bride, of Waldorf, Md. They wore claret, tea-length dresses and carried a mixture of red and yellow flowers tied with silver ribbon.
Rob Stefka of Omaha served as best man. Bridegroomsmen were Scott Kleppinger of Omaha; Eric Pfeiffer, brother of the bride, of Lincoln; Bill Canham of Norfolk; Brad Bell of Hastings; and Dave Rowan of Salt Lake City, Utah.
The bride's personal attendants were Andrea Schafer of Beatrice and Lana Zumbrunn of Lincoln. Ushers were the bride's cousins, Lance Pfeiffer of Kearney and Matt Klima of Curtis and the bridegroom's cousins, Brent Wegele of Lincoln and Gary Wagner of Omaha.
Candlelighters were Katelyn Lineweber, niece of the bridegroom, of Beatrice and Skye Wellman of Waverly. Graison Pfeiffer, the bride's niece, was flower girl. Ringbearers were Mason Nordhausen of Hickman and John Canham of Norfolk.
Alisa Maurer of Eustis was guestbook attendant. The bride's cousin, Brett Klima of Wauneta and the bridegroom's nephew, Luke Lineweber of Beatrice were in charge of programs.
A dinner and dance reception took place at the American Legion Hall following the ceremony. Host couples were Harold and Jan Nordhausen of Wauneta and Mick and Doris Gill of Fairbury. The three-tiered white cake was served by the bride's aunts, Sharla Klima of Wauneta and Cathy Babcock of Columbus, Ohio, and the bridegroom's aunts, Dee Ebel of Omaha and Shirley Fox of Fremont.
The bride is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and is employed with First National Bank in Lincoln. She is currently pursuing her master's in management at Doane College in Lincoln. The bridegroom is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is employed with Information Technology Incorporated in Lincoln.
The couple honeymooned in Los Cabos, Mexico, following the wedding and are making their home in Lincoln.
