WENATCHEE, Wash. -- Shirley Ann (Staples) Usrey, 68, died Friday (Sept. 23, 2005) from pancreatic cancer.
She was born June 22, 1937, to Martin and Gertrude Staples in Cleveland, Ohio.
After retiring in Vista, Calif., she traveled the country before moving to Wenatchee.
She was a member of the Wenatchee Calvary Chapel.
Survivors include her sisters, Gertrude and husband, Marshall Sanders and Sandra and husband, Robert Ligocki, all of Plainfield, Ill.; eight children, Donald John Fout Jr. of McCook, Cynthia Ann Fout of Hart, Mich., Linda (Fout) and husband, Robert Prestridge of Wenatchee, Pamela Jean Fout of Oceanside, Calif., James Michael Fout and fiancee, Vicky Williams of Oceanside, Cheryl (Fout) and husband, Matthew McClure of Hart, Duane Martin Fout and fiancee, Gina Armstrong of Peshastin, Wash., and Christine (Fout) Gallup of Wenatchee; and five grandchildren.
No services are scheduled. Memorials are being accepted in her name at the American Cancer Society for pancreatic cancer research.
