Royalty will be crowned at 5:30 p.m. today at the chamber mixer at McCook National Bank.

The honor family royalty, grand marshall and parade marshall also will be announced, along with the Heritage Days Challenge Advantage Auction.

Finalists for Heritage Days royalty include:

Finalists were selected through judging of their essays, a personal interview and a rating of the academic, community service and school activity participation.

Heritage Days shifts into high gear Friday with the Norris Foundation prayer breakfast, 7 a.m., with Dr. Michael Chipps of Mid-Plains Community College as speaker.
