OGALLALA -- Shirley Ann (Myers) Worley, 66, died Sunday (Sept. 4, 2005) at the Perkins County Community Hospital in Grant.

She was born July 29, 1939, in Trenton to Archie D. "Pete" and Pauline F. (Pfister) Myers. In her youth, she lived with and assisted her sister-in-law's grandmother, Azalea LeBeault in Campbell.

On Sept. 4, 1965, she married Harvey Worley in Campbell. The couple made their home on a farm. She later lived in Holdrege, Oxford and Wauneta before moving to Ogallala.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Polly; her father, Pete; two sisters, Hazel J. Myers and Bonnie B. Ferguson; two brothers, John W. Myers and Albert W. "Bud" Myers.

Survivors include one sister, Arline M. Richardson of Palisade; three brothers, Robert S. Myers and wife, Delores of Indianola; Donald R. Myers and wife, Charlotte of Hamlet and Roger L. Myers and wife, Sharlene of Seligman, Mo.; an aunt, Pearl Myers of Imperial; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Services were today at Gubser Funeral Chapel in Ogallala.
