Natuasha and Scott Jean
INDEPENDENCE, Mo. -- Natausha Frecks of Lee's Summit, Mo., and Scott Jean of Altoona, Iowa, were united in marriage June 18, 2005, at the Ballet Conservatory at Independence, Mo., with the Rev. Scott Lash of Lee's Summit Community Church officiating.

Parents of the couple are Gary and Pamela Frecks of Cambridge and Ron and Marsha Jean of Altoona.

The bride's grandparents are Pauline Frecks of Culbertson and Lillian Lemaster of Wilsonville.

Grandparents of the bridegroom are Otto and Darlene Jean of Darlington, Wis., and Glenn Potterton of Portage, Wis.

The bride's sister-in-law, Susanne Frecks of Lee's Summit and her brother, Garrett, also of Lee's Summit, were her attendants.

Ron Jean, the bridegroom's father and Todd Jean of Des Moines, Iowa, the bridegroom's brother, were his attendants.

The bridegroom's daughter, Jessica Jean was the flower girl and his son, Alex Jean, served as the ringbearer. Both children are from Altoona.

A reception at the conservatory followed the ceremony. Kathy Stone of Lee's Summit attended the guestbook. Ruth Ruf of Wilsonville and Marsha Enloe of Liberty, Mo., served refreshments.

The bride is a graduate of Beaver Valley High School and earned a degree in accounting at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is employed by Hallmark Cards Inc. as an inventory controller.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Grandview Park Baptist in Des Moines and earned a degree in mathematics at Iowa State University. He is an actuary with EMC Insurance Co.

The couple honeymooned in Boston, Mass., and Greenville, Maine. They are making their home in Altoona.
