McGeorge, Burton engagment

Michelle Anne McGeorge and Robin Matthew Burton, both of Kearney, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Parents of the couple are M. Michael and Deann McGeorge of Craig, and Robert and Janice Burton of Maywood. The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Delma Snyder of McCook.

The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Oakland-Craig High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She will begin teaching and coaching for Nebraska City Public Schools this fall.

The prospective bridegroom is a 1997 graduate of Maywood High School, a 1999 graduate of McCook Community College and a 2004 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Kearney. He also will teach and coach for Nebraska City Public Schools in the fall.

A July 29, 2005, ceremony is planned at the Cornerstone Berean Church in Kearney.
