LINCOLN -- Kelly Nicole Hollmann and Robert Joseph "RJ" Plas, both of Lincoln, exchanged wedding vows Saturday, June 25, 2005, at Capital City Christian Church in Lincoln. The Rev. Rusty Miller officiated at the ceremony.

Jim and Kay Hollmann of Quincy, Ill., are parents of the bride. Parents of the bridegroom are Jim and Patty Phinney of McCook and Jeff Plas of Elyria, Ohio.

Grandparents of the bride are Louis and Marge Probst of Newton, Ill., and Erwin and Laura Hollmann of St. Peter, Ill. Grandparents of the bridegroom are Anne Plas of Elyria and Robert and Dorothy Bechtel of Vermillion, Ohio.

The bride selected Cheryl Hazen of St. Charles, Mo., as her matron of honor, and Laura Lyons of Lincoln as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Erica Wilkinson and Kelli Grenz, both of Lincoln.

Junior bridesmaids were Jayme Miller of Lincoln and Katelyn Haas of Lakeville, Minn.

The flower girl was Emma Haas of Lakeville.

Aaron Plas of Lincoln served as his brother's best man. Bridegroomsmen were Jerad Meinke of Memphis, Tenn., and Preston DeVaughn and Joe Wellman, both of Lincoln.

Bryce McClain of Dieterich, Ill., was the ring bearer.

Ushers were Craig Hollmann of Omaha, Andy Dwyer of Lincoln, Dan Kaminski of McCook and Justin Plas of North Ridgeville, Ohio.

Dee and Pat Stortzum of Dieterich and Tom and Deb Kaminski of McCook hosted the reception.

Cake cutters were Renee' McClain, Angie Stortzum and Jenna Probst of Dieterich.

The bride will graduate in December from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is employed at Pioneers Golf Course in Lincoln.

The bridegroom will graduate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with a bachelor of science degree in middle level education. He is employed at Three Jack Concrete Coating and also at the Pioneers Golf Course.

The couple lives in Lincoln.
