Coming off the back end of Rodeo Rose's "Texas Express" -- before the eight-second buzzer -- is bull-rider Terry White. The bulls won -- 7-0 -- during two days of rodeo action at the annual Wilsonville Rodeo. Rain Friday dampened only the arena, not the rodeo spirit or competition.
