Martha M. Craig (Aller) Kenyon passed away at the Community Hospital of McCook on June 1, 2005 at the age of 89.

She was born Nov. 30, 1915 at Elysian, Minn. to Charles Edward and Louise (Sershen) Craig. She attended and graduated from the Hebron Nebraska Schools.

She was married to Floyd Aller in 1937 and to this union five children were born. They made their home in Lebanon, Nebraska until Floyd passed away in May of 1962. In 1962, she and her son Ronald moved to Cambridge where she was employed and Ronald graduated from high School. In 1963, she moved to Mitchell, where she was employed.

In March 1965, she married Eugene Kenyon and resided their until Eugene's death in 1996 and moved to McCook.

She was preceded in death by both husbands; two sisters; two sons, Larry Mott, and Ronald Aller; one daughter, Karen Carlson; three grandchildren; and one brother.

She was a member for over fifty years of the American Legion Auxiliary at Lebanon. She was an avid animal lover and did dog grooming for many years as well as showing her many dogs at shows throughout Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska where she received numerous awards and ribbons. She was very good at crocheting and handy work in which she won numerous ribbons at county fairs for her work. She never new a stranger and enjoyed people especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son Randy and wife, Phyllis Aller of Mitchell, Neb.; daughters Nancy and husband, James Jones of Alliance, Neb., and Pat and husband, Howard Dold of McCook, Neb.; two sisters, Luella Peel of Hastings, and Genevieve McClelland of Little Rock, Ark.; 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 4, 2005 at the Herrmann Memorial Chapel in McCook with Rev. Dr. Jeffery Thurman officiating. Interment will be at the Lebanon Cemetery in Lebanon.

Memorials may be given in her name and friends may call at Herrmann Funeral Home in McCook.
