Med Valley golfers state tourney bound

OGALLALA -- Zach Robinson and Jordan Wilcox scored in the top 10, giving Medicine Valley's boys golf team the C2-5 District title.

Team members Wilcox, Robinson, Joshua Nutt, Brenen Hammond and Richard Wilder will go on to Lincoln for the state tournament next Tuesday and Wednesday.

Dundy County's Derek Larimer captured the individual district title with a 75. The Tigers placed fourth overall with a 364 score.

Hitchcock County and Wauneta-Palisade placed eighth and ninth.
