Wilcox, Powers engagement

Sarah Elizabeth Wilcox and Adam Michael Powers, both of McCook, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Parents of the couple are Mark and Betty Wilcox of McCook, Charlie and Pat Powers of McCook and the late Peggy Powers. The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of McCook High School. She graduated from McCook Beauty Academy in 2004 and is a full-time student at McCook Community College. She is employed with Clip and Curl Salon as a cosmetologist. The prospective bridegroom is a 2003 graduate of McCook High School. He is a full-time student at McCook Community College. He is employed with Wilcox Financial Services. The couple is planning a June 4, 2005, ceremony at First Church of the Nazarene in McCook.
