Nugent, Bauer engagement

Kathrine Nugent and Brett Bauer, both of Kearney, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Parents of the couple are Scott and Julie Nugent of Kearney, the late Susan Nugent, Alan and Culleen Bauer of McCook and the late Sandra Bauer. Grandparents of the prospective bridegroom are John Jr. and Virgina Bauer of Culbertson and the late Ed and Gail Sitzman. The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Kearney High School and is attending Central Community College. She is employed with Holiday Inn Express. The prospective bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Culbertson High School. He is employed with Old Chicago restaurant. The couple is planning a May 21, 2005, ceremony at the First United Methodist Church in Kearney.
