BIRD CITY -- Margie Lee (Snider) Underwood, 82, died Saturday (March 19, 2005) at Rawlins County Health Center in Atwood.

She was born Nov. 3, 1922, in Bird City.

She was an insurance agent.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer "Skeet" Underwood in 1976.

Survivors include her brothers, Merle Snider of Bird City, Kan., and Harold Snider of Greeley, Colo.

There will be no services. Inurnment was in Bird City Cemetery in Bird City.

Memorials may be given to the Cheyenne County Hospital in St. Francis, Kan.

Knodel Funeral Home of St. Francis is in charge of the arrangements.
