OMAHA -- Anna C. Cech, 70, of Omaha, died Monday (Feb. 28, 2005) in Omaha.

She is a former resident of McCook.

Survivors include her husband, Francis Cech; daughter, Sheryl Racine; son, Mike Cech, all of Omaha; two grandchildren; sister, Judy Gerbig and husband, Donley of Lincoln; brother, David Austin and wife, Marianna of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and step-father, Ralph Vandiver of Lincoln.

Services are Saturday, 9 a.m., at St. Cecilia Cathedral in Omaha with interment in Resurrection Cemetery.

Vigil service is Friday, 7 p.m., at West Center Chapel.

Visitation is Friday, 4 p.m., at West Center Chapel.

Memorials may be given to the Diabetes Association.
