Color Day candidates

McCook Senior High students will select their Red-White Day queen and king and attendants from 12 senior candidates. The royalty will be revealed following the boys' games Saturday (4 p.m. JV, and 5:30 p.m., varsity) against Gothenburg. The girls play Gothenburg at home Thursday, at 6 p.m. (JV) and 7:30 p.m. (varsity). Candidates are: (front row, from left) Katherine Morell, daughter of Steve Morell and Marcia Morell; Jared Muehlenkamp, son of Linda and Mark Graff and Jeff Muehlenkamp; and Ashley Kilgore, daughter of C.D. and Dot Kilgore. Second row: Brian Winder, son of Cathy and Dan Winder; Kasey Clapp, son of Kathy Clapp and John Clapp; and Zack Volquardsen, son of Darryl and Denise Volquardsen.
