MCC golfers 3rd at SE Invite, Gaulke ties for 6th place

BEATRICE -- The McCook Community College golf team took third place at the Southeast Community College Invitational on Thursday and Friday.

Missouri Western won the team title with a two day team score of 618. MCC was third with a team score of 682.

Bobby Gaulke led the Indians with a 164, finishing in a tie for sixth place. Gaulke shot a 78 on the first day at the Beatrice Country Club. He had a second day 86.

Justin Bash fired a 167 for McCook. Nick Nothnagel shot a 174 and Philip Hinde fired a 177 for MCC. Dolyn Brown posted a two day 221.

This was the last golf meet of the fall season for the Indians.
