Beverly K. Gleason

IMPERIAL -- Beverly K. Gleason, 73, of Palisade, died Saturday (Aug. 28, 2004) at Chase County Hospital in Imperial.

She was born July 30, 1931, to Velma and Aaron Shook in Marion County, Ill. She grew up in Centralia, Ill., and then relocated to Arvada, Colo.

In 1949, she married Frederick Donald Clements. She graduated from Arvada High School in 1950. She later divorced.

On Aug. 26, 1964, she married Kenneth L. Gleason in Palisade, Colo. The couple lived in Denver, Colo., until they moved to Nebraska in 1986. The couple relocated to Palisade where they made their permanent home.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Yvonne Ticen.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Gleason; daughter, Vonna Gleason; her son, Gary Clements and wife, Kay; her sister, Verna Schuler; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services are pending and will be announced by Forch Funeral Chapel of Stratton.
