Casper, Werkmeister wedding

Erin and Troy Werkmeister
Erin Casper and Troy Werkmeister, both of McCook, were united in marriage Sept. 13, 2003, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in McCook with the Rev. Robert Barnhill officiating.

Parents of the couple are Ron and Kathy Casper and Roger and Janet Werkmeister, all of McCook. Grandparents of the couple are Delores Schlienz of Lincoln, the late Joseph Schlienz, Edna Casper of Alma, the late Frank Casper, Pat Stevens of Holbrook, the late Gerald Stevens and Ray and Roberta Werkmeister of Palisade.

The matron of honor was Kristin Unger, sister of the bride. The maid of honor was Amy Casper of Lincoln, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Amy Messinger of Lincoln and Jennifer Reisdorff of Lincoln, cousin of the bride. The brides personal attendants were Tiffany Reed and Heidi Relph.

The best man was Steven Todd of Kansas City, Mo. The bridegroomsmen were Jerome Malleck of Kearney, Albert Unger of Lincoln, brother-in-law of the bride, and Michael Schneider of Stratton.

The ringbearer was Trevor Lamberty of Howells. The altar server was Justin Reisdorff of Lincoln, cousin of the bride. The lector was Wally Schlienz of Ft. Dodge, Iowa and the acolyte was Greg Reisdorff of Lincoln, both uncles of the bride. The ushers were Matthew Wilson of Palisade, cousin of the bridegroom, and Terry Latta of Stratton.

Mary Reisdorff of Lincoln was the pianist. The soloist was Joey Reisdorff of Lincoln. Programs were handed out by Jamie Cuellar, sister-in-law of the bridegroom, and the guestbook attendant was Megan Wilson, cousin of the bridegroom.

The reception was at the Red Willow County Community Building. Host couples were Greg and Mary Reisdorff of Lincoln and Denny and Shirley Ferguson of Palisade. The gift table attendant was Ashley Carman of McCook. The cake attendants were Shirley Casper of North Platte and Kathy Mabile and Paulet Gaboury of McCook. Food attendants were Nadine Schlienz of Ft. Dodge, Iowa and Dorothea Warburton and Denise Sis of McCook.

The bride is a 2000 graduate of McCook High School and is a stay-at-home mom. The bridegroom is a 1996 graduate of Wauneta-Palisade High School and is employed with Timmerman's Feedyard and Republican Valley Schools.

The couple is making their home in McCook.
