Wednesday, December 17, 2003

Students from the newly formed Southwest School District have a better idea of where they will be attending school next year after a decision by the Board of Directors.

According to the Indianola News, K-5 students will be attending school at Indianola, 6-8 graders will go to Bartley and 9-12 grades will attend school a Red Willow.

The plan is only temporary until a new 6-12 grade school is built in Bartley.

The board also plans to prepare the district's football field in Bartley for the coming year's football games. High school volleyball and basketball games will be in the Red Willow gym and all junior high contests will be at Bartley.
