POCATELLO, Idaho -- Glenn Milton Buzzell, 92, died Tuesday (Dec. 2, 2003) at a medical center in Idaho.
Glenn was born in Culbertson, June 14, 1911, to Melville H. and Ida Mae (Stevensens) Buzzell. He graduated from high school in Culbertson in 1929.
He was married to Velma Haussler (Buzzell) for 70 years. He worked as a machinist, building liberty ships during World War II.
Glenn was a member of the First Assembly of God in McCook. He was an avid fisherman, gardener and animal lover.
Glenn is survived by his wife, Velma L. Buzzell of Lava, Idaho; son, Dennis R. Buzzell of Lava; daughter-in-law, Shirley M. Sauders of Lava; grandson, Dennis A. Buzzell of Lava; granddaughter, Julie and husband, Mark Patterson of Lava; great-granddaughters, Cori Rose Monsler of Lava and Christina and Krystal Buzzell of Salt Lake City, Utah; and great-great-granddaughter, Ausha Rose Monsler of Lava.
He was preceded in death by his parents, MH and Ida Mae Buzzell; and brothers, Ernie M. Buzzell, Milo Buzzell, Elmer Buzzell, Earl Buzzell and Harley Buzzell.
Following cremation, services will be held with family in Nebraska. Cremation is under the direction of Colonial Funeral Home of Pocatello.
