WAUNETA -- Alvina Nordhausen, 88, died Sunday (Nov. 30, 2003) at Heritage of Wauneta Nursing Home in Wauneta.
Survivors include three daughters, Anita Smith and husband, Mert of Seward, Veleta Sutherland and husband, Jim of Battle Lake, Minn., and Judy Evers and husband, Rudy of Wauneta; two sons, Robert Nordhausen of Wauneta and Harold Nordhausen and wife, Janet of Wauneta; daughter-in-law, Colleen (Nordhausen) Garton of Windsor, Colo.; one sister, Dorothy Curtis and husband, Jim of Aurora, Colo.; sister-in-law, Twilla Denker of Wauneta; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services are Thursday, 10:30 a.m., at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Wauneta with the Rev. Keith Wellman officiating. Interment will be at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery in Wauneta.
Visitation is Wednesday, 2-6 p.m., at Liewer Funeral Home in Wauneta.
A memorial has been established in her name.
