Weyhrich, Mollring wedding

NORFOLK -- Amanda Weyhrich of Norfolk and Jay Mollring of Cambridge were united in marriage Aug. 30, 2003, at Saint John's Lutheran Church in Norfolk.

Parents of the couple are Mark and Pam Weyhrich of Norfolk and Jeff and SueAnn Mollring of McCook.

Grandparents of the couple are Harold and Dorothy Schiermeier and Irvin and Bernice Weyhrich, all of Norfolk, Samuel Walkington of Cambridge, the late Anna June Walkington, Betty Mollring of Cambridge and the late JR Mollring.

The maid of honor was Megan Witte of Cambridge. Bridesmaid were Jenifer Wooden of Lincoln, Sarah Bucknell of Chambers and Mandi Mollring of Eustis.

The best man was Bryan Newcomb of Cambridge. Bridegroomsmen were Chris Stittle of Kearney, Grant Mollring of Eustis and Scott Mollring of Kearney.

The flowergirl was Emily Mollring of Pleasanton. The ring bearer was Parker Pokorney of Norfolk.

Ushers for the ceremony were Chipper Witte of Cambridge, Chris Weyhrich of Norfolk, Greg Bell of Wilcox and Jon Budt of Hastings.

Candlelighters were Janet Witte of Cambridge and Stephen Schaffer of Lincoln.

The organist was Steven Reinke of Lincoln. The soloist was Chris Weyhrich of Norfolk, brother of the bride.

The reception was at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Norfolk. Host couples were Rod and Suzi Mollring of Cambridge and Chad and Niki Pokorney of Norfolk.

The couple will honeymoon in February in Orlando, Fla.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Central Community College in Hastings with a degree in information technology. She is pursuing a degree in business management and running her own website design business.

The bridegroom is also a 2002 graduate of Central Community College with a degree in commercial horticulture. He is employed with the Cambridge Co-op.

The couple is making their home in Cambridge.
