Clair E. Laidig M.D.F.A.C.S.
SEATTLE, Wash. -- Dr. Clair Eugene Laidig, 73, died Saturday (Jan. 5, 2002) in Seattle.
He was born July 23, 1928, at Danbury and graduated from Danbury High School in 1947.
He attended Doane College and Northwestern Medical School were he earned his medical degree.
He served in the U.S. Air Force for two years.
He was a urologist. He served as professor emeritus at the University of Washington Medical School.
He was a member of the Plymouth Congregational Church where he served on the missions board. He volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and served medical missions in Cameroon, West Africa, and China.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; and three sons, Guy, Clay and Keith.
Memorial services will be Saturday, 2 p.m., at Plymouth Congregational Church.
