Bradley King, 50, of McCook died Tuesday, (April 9, 2002) at Rochester, Minn. He was born March 21, 1952, to Bernard (Bud) and Gertrude (Clapp) King in McCook.
Brad graduated from Bartley High School in 1970, and went on to graduate from the Vocational-Technical College of Sidney, Neb. He was employed by the Burlington Northern-Santa Fe Railroad for 29 years.
He married Vicki Fidler of McCook, Jan. 2, 1971.
His father preceded him in death.
Survivors include: his wife, Vicki of McCook; two daughters Joey Ruff and husband, Keith of Grand Island and Kori King of Houston, Texas; mother Gertrude (Trudy) King of McCook; sister Diana Probasco and husband, Gary of Berthoud, Colo.; brother Darryn King of Bartley; grandson, Ethan Bradley Ruff, of Grand Island; six nephews: Gregg Probasco of Denver, Jeremy and Kameron King of Tulsa, Okla., Jeff Broz of Omaha, and Andrew and Alexander Fidler of Rochester, Minn.; and two nieces: Brooke Probasco of Loveland, Colo., and Jenni Cantwell of Tampa, Fla.
Rosary will be held Friday, 7:30 p.m., at Carpenter-Breland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, 10 a.m., at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in McCook with the Rev. Gary Brethour officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation is Thursday and Friday until 8 p.m.
