Frances L. Poush, 90, died Thursday (Dec. 5, 2002) at Community Hospital of McCook.
She was born Sept. 24, 1912, to Roy and Ethel (Peters) Albrecht in McCook. She grew up in McCook where she graduated from rural school.
On July 6, 1943, she married Harold "Shorty" Poush in McCook. They spent their married lives in McCook where her husband was employed by A & M Rexall Pharmacy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold in 1985; three brothers, Loyd Albrecht, Alfred Albrecht and an infant brother; and two sisters, Mary Trover and Elsie Leitner.
Survivors include nieces, Janet Larsen, Maxine and husband, Porter Ross, Marita and husband, Buss Balius all of McCook, and Berneice and husband, Fred Corey of Fountain Hills, Ariz.; nephews, Barney Leitner and wife, Lola of McCook, Richard Albrecht and Bob Albrecht both of North Platte; and one sister-in-law, Thelma Albrecht of McCook.
Funeral services will be Monday, 2 p.m., at the Herrmann Memorial Chapel in McCook with the Rev. Charles Hooten officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in McCook.
Memorials may be given in her name and friends may call at the funeral home.
