STRATTON -- Georgia Fern Schleeman, 63, died at her home in Stratton on Monday (April 28, 2003).
She was born March 28, 1940, at Rush Spring, Okla., to Owen Gore and Velma (Hilderith) Beck. She attended school at Dinuba, Calif., and then graduated from Beauty School.
In 1959, she married Frank Owen Miller, Jr. He preceded her in death on May 21, 1994. She spent her time raising her family and was a self-employed beautician.
In 1995, she married Teddy G. Schleeman at Stratton where they made their home.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Owen and Velma Beck; and her first husband, Frank Miller, Jr.
Survivors include her husband, Teddy Schleeman of Stratton; one daughter, Jana and husband, Kenny Risser, of Las Vegas, Nev.; sons, Robert Miller of Stratton, Michael Miller and wife, Chery, of Dinuba, Calif., and Dusty Miller and wife, Toby, also of Dinuba; daughter-in-law, Joy and husband, Steve Bishop, of Las Vegas; one brother, Robert Beck and wife, Beverly, of Reedley, Calif.; three sisters, Doris and husband, Eldon Runyan, of Dinuba, Mary Ellen and husband, Denny, of Bakersfield, Calif., and Martha and husband, Bert Baucom, of Turlock, Calif.; 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorial services were today at 11 a.m., at Carpenter Breland Chapel with Jerry Beckenhauer officiating.
A private family inurnment will be at a later time.
