Only one escape

Wednesday, September 11, 2002

Dear Editor,

Todd McCarty was right about the rainfall in Israel. Todd E-mailed the Israeli government records bureau and got the records on rainfall for the past many years and their rainfall has not doubled, in spite of the vast reforestation program.

In fact they are suffering from a terrible drought right now.

An abundant rainfall will be restored to Israel and to the entire world after Jesus returns to earth and begins His 1,000 year (millennial) reign over the entire world.

Zechariah 14:17 says, "And it shall be that whoso of the families of the earth shall not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King (once a year-see vs 16) , the Lord of hosts, upon them there shall be no rain."

This year we are seeing terrible rains and flooding, resulting in horrifying destruction, loss of life and property all over the world.

This is only a prelude of what will soon take place here upon this earth. As you read the book of Revelation, chapters 6-19 as well as all the books of prophecy in the Old Testament (Isaiah through Malachi) you will see the terrible destruction that wicked men will soon wreak upon this world. Why?

Because they want to rule the world! The Bible says that if Jesus Christ did not come back to earth and put an end to it that no flesh would be left alive, wicked men would completely destroy each other.

If you don't want to be left behind to go through this terrible seven-year tribulation period, there is only one thing you can do to escape. The Bible says, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved, Acts 16:31.""Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (rescued) Romans 10:13." "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son (Jesus), that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have (possess) everlasting life John 3:16." Whosoever surely meaneth me!

Your Friend,

Paul Schneider
