At what price WEC?

I have nothing against the Work Ethic Camp, but to leave it in the budget and cut K-12 school aid that has already been cut 10 percent, seems to me (to be) taking away from the future to take care of the people who are already in the penal system.

I have nothing against the Work Ethic Camp, but not at the expense of education. This is our future.
