Johanns was expected to release his plan to address the state's budget deficit this afternoon. He has called the Legislature into special session to adjust the budget in order to allow for a $233 million deficit in the state revenue projections.

Johanns will make his first stop in McCook at 8 a.m. at a location that has not yet been announced.

Johanns will also be making stops in Scottsbluff, Hastings, South Sioux City and Beatrice.
