Nine seek three seats at Twin Valley

The election for three seats on the Twin Valley school board has heated up with nine candidates filing for open seats.

Carl Rae, Julie Ellis, Steve McConville, Eddie Park, Greg Macy, Larry Durner, Kenneth Kelley, Larry Fritz and Kim Brooks have thrown their hats into the ring to lead the school district which is in talks with Republican Valley School District concerning the possibility of a merger between the two districts.

In the running for the Bartley Village Board, only two candidates have filed for three seats. Marv Colson and Myra Minnick, incumbents, have filed for the board. Incumbent Dean Sladek did not file this year.

Three individuals filed for the Danbury Village Board. Guy Pierce and Dean Skiles have filed for two empty seats and Jim Lee, incumbent, has filed for the third.

Stephen J. Harrison and G.T. "Bud" Wasson have filed for re-election to two seats on the Lebanon Village Board.
