NORTH PLATTE -- The Mid-Plains Community College Area Board of Governors has begun the search process for a president of the College. In a letter to those interested in the presidential search, Kent Miller, search committee chair detailed the process. To begin, the board engaged the services of the Association of Community College Trustees to assist them in this effort. Dr. Dan Moriarty was assigned to MPCCA as ACCT presidential search consultant. Moriarty has more than 30 years of senior level community college administrative experience and recently retired as president/CEO from the Portland Community College system.
