Seasonal confusion

Lilac buds seem confused by warm temperatures in March. Residents are pinning their hopes on the forecast, which includes rain or snow over the next few days. Front-range Colorado and Wyoming forecasters are watching weather system which has the potential to dump 12 to 20 inches of snow in that area, moving into the Golden Plains on Tuesday evening.
