CEDAR CREEK, Texas -- Jeffrey Eugene Myers, 43, of Cedar Creek, Texas died Thursday (May 22, 2003) at Smithville Regional Hospital in Smithville, Texas.
He was born Feb. 6, 1960, in Denver, Colo., to Richard Arvene and Jolene Kay (Sinner) Myers. He graduated from Niwot High School in Niwot, Colo., in 1980. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and was very good at art, especially pencil drawings.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Neva Myers, and Conrad and Esther Sinner.
Survivors include his parents Richard and Jolene of Boulder, Colo.; a son, Dane Myers of Berthoud, Colo.; a daughter, Hanna; brother, Robert Myers and wife, Monica and their daughter, Natalie of Verona, Wis.; a brother, Brock Myers and Heather Krein of Longmont, Colo.; grandparents Arvene and Mildred Myers of McCook; aunts and uncles, Jerry and Cheri Beckenhauer of McCook, Steve Myers of Boston, Mass., John and Phyllis Gabarron of Cimarron, N.M., and Ken and Teresa Sinner of Northglenn, Colo.; his former wife, Lisa and her daughter, Darcie Smith of Berthoud, Colo.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, 2 p.m., at the Carpenter Breland Funeral Home in McCook. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery south of Culbertson.
Memorials may be given in his name and left at the funeral home.
