SMITH CENTER, Kan. -- Lori Kinne and Steve Stein, both of McCook, were united in marriage May 26, 2003, at First Presbyterian Church in Smith Center, Kan., with Rev. Maggie McIntosh officiating.
Parents of the couple are Bryan and Lois Kinne of McCook and the late Eldon and Evelyn Stein.
Grandparents of the bride are Leo and Nellie McConville of McCook.
The maid of honor was Lanette Kinne of Lincoln, sister of the bride.
The best man was Gary Stein of Seattle, Wash., brother of the bridegroom.
The flower girl was Katelyn Kinne of McCook, niece of the bride and the ring bearer was Kyle Kinne of McCook, nephew of the bride.
The reception was at the church and reception assistants were Dawn Kinne of McCook and Katie Kinne of Glenwood Springs, Colo., both sister-in-laws of the bride.
A second reception was May 30 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in McCook. Serving the wedding cake was Marla Hoelscher of Kearney, Ann McCarville of Lincoln and Lisa Eustace of Newton, Kan., all cousins of the bride.
The bride is a graduate of McCook High School and McCook Community College. She is the catalog supervisor at JC Penny in McCook. The bridegroom is a graduate of Smith Center High School, Dodge City Community College and St. Mary of the Plains College. He is the sports director and morning show host for KIOD/KSWN radio in McCook.
The couple is making their home in McCook.
