Duplex construction

A crew from McCook Contracting, along with developers Bill Davis and his son Bill Davis Jr., begin groundwork on one of two duplexes planned at the corner of East Seventh and H Street. Double D Duplexes LLC, owned by the Davises, is planning a total of five duplexes at the site. The father and son developers hope to have the first duplex completed by the end of September.
