Tyler Bieck: When did you begin to play baseball?

Gavin Harsh: When I was in kindergarten.

TB: What position would you like to play when you get old enough to play American Legion baseball?

GH: Pitcher, because you can throw fastballs and curve balls.

TB: Have the MNB Seniors taught you anything during your time you've spent with them in the dugout?

GH: (MNB player) Jason Eder taught me how to throw fastballs and curve balls.

TB: Who is your favorite baseball player?

GH: Mark McGwire because he gets good base hits.

TB: What is your favorite movie?

GH: Dr. Doolittle, because it is funny.

TB: What do you enjoy doing in your summer break from school when you aren't with the MNB team?

GH: Play basketball and baseball.

This is the final part in a series of "Get To Knows" that covered the entire McCook National Bank American Legion Seniors baseball squad.

The interviews were conducted by McCook Daily Gazette writer Tyler Bieck, a 2003 McCook High School graduate.
