I revisited this last night only I used a pork shoulder roast rather than the ribs. (It was FANTASTIC!) I'll be enjoying pulled BBQ Pork sandwiches for lunch today, as an added bonus! =)
I'm seriously considering baking up the "cheese-cake bars", from the same issue, for Pot Luck next week... I'll be sure to let you know how that goes!

Slow Cooker BBQ Short Ribs

Total Time: 8 hr 5 min
Makes: 8 servings
4 lb. beef short ribs
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup flour
1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
PLACE ribs in slow cooker; top with onions. Mix remaining ingredients;
pour over ingredients in slow cooker. Cover with lid.
COOK on LOW for 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours). Remove ribs from slow cooker; cover to keep warm.
SKIM excess fat from sauce; return ribs to sauce. Stir gently until evenly coated.

Serve with hot cooked vegetables and mashed potatoes.
Meats cooked in a slow cooker make great leftovers. Cover and refrigerate any leftover meat in the leftover sauce. When ready to reheat, remove and discard any fat from surface of sauce. Cook ribs and sauce in saucepan on medium-low heat until heated through (160°F), stirring frequently.
