When we bought the farm(stead), I knew I bought a place with "potential". We wanted to make some pretty major changes to the place and I've been ever so slowly making progress along those lines.

For example, the "never-ending bathroom project" is ending! Long time readers of The City Slickers may recall my "Shame" blog from nearly a year ago with comments about the bathroom project... http://www.mccookgazette.com/blogs/hoag/...

Well the walls are painted, the trim stained, a fan has been installed, the shower has it's curtain, and the towels have their racks. Took me nearly two years from start to finish on this project but there is a reason I just learned about.

The behinder I work, the harder it is to figure out what I did. Now, if only I could remember what it was I did, but all I see are things needing done. Hmmm, are we there yet?? wherever there is??
