BS Warning

Once again, the Government is likely sticking their nose where it doesn't belong...

The Department of Water Resources representative stops at a local farm and talks with an old farmer. He tells the farmer, I need to inspect your farm for your water allocation.

The old farmer says, 'Okay, but don't go in that field over there.

The government representative says, Sir, I have the authority of the Government with me. See this card? This card means I am allowed to go WHEREVER I WISH on any agricultural land. No questions asked or answered. Have I made myself clear? Do you understand?'

The old farmer nods politely and goes about his work.

Later, the old farmer hears loud screams and spies the Water Rep running for his life and close behind is the farmer's bull. The bull is gaining with every step. The

Rep is clearly terrified, so the old farmer immediately throws down his tools, runs to the fence and yells at the top of his lungs.....

'Your card! Show him Your card!

That is not funny! That poor farmer lost everything he had, in the world, for harboring an Illegal, alien, lethal, unregistered, and uneducated animal on his property, which allowed the Government to confiscate his property for being used in the felony assault on a Government agent.

Whew! If you think this was long, you should have seen the three volumes of ancillary charges they levied. He is eligible for release consideration in the year 3046AD, but only if he can prove he can still hold down a farm job.

Oh, nifty story, by the way. HA.
