Twelve years ago, my wife and I decided that inner city life in Denver wold not be the best place for our wonderful kids to go to school. In fact, we had pulled our kids from the public schools in Denver Metro.

After searching around the country, we found that right here in this area, would be an ideal place to live and send our children to school.

I can remember going to my son's 7th grade basketball game. You see, in Denver Metro, money that could be spent on sports for kids, is wasted on liberal administrators, and stupid social programs. At this first B-Ball game, the stands were packed with family members, and there was energy, a good family - wholesome energy I had not seen since I was a boy in Denver.

Oh my friends, how lucky we are to be in this part of the country. I travel the USA, and believe me, this area is about the only sane area left. There are pockets of sanity here and there, but not as many as you'd think.

So, when I go to a basketball game here, I enjoy, trust me, but, I feel bad for so many parts of this country, where liberal ideals and policies have ruined so many schools, and so many kids.

What is my point? Glad you asked. Folks, be prepared to fight for our way of life, it is under attack. Meanwhile, enjoy our local schools, and let us work to preserve them.
