  • Pastor Billy Graham was never in better voice than with that prayer on his lips, from his heart.

I am truly optimistic that all will come out right in the end, but not for the reason, as mankind cannot accomplish that end. I fear we have gone beyond recovery, through the action of ourselves, and must now await repair through our God and Savior. I propose, we have ignored the hand writing on the wall a bit too long, and the ink has dried.

Check out how much money we Americans donate to those in need (good article in Opinions). This is as we should, but at the same time we watch church, after church, close their doors due to lack of participation, and funding. As long as our Congress allows the Supreme Court to Legislate our Constitutional, and Christian, Rights away (which they do not have Constitutional right to do), we stand less and less of a chance to recover from our soon demise, as a Nation. Very soon, only our God can save us.

I hope you're right Brian, but I fear you are not.

Shalom in Messiah, to one and all. Arley Steinhour
