Paid in Our Stead

This Year, Thanksgiving came, Twice, for me,
First, Thanksgiving, with, 'Turkey-Celebration,'
Second, with a New 'Son-in-Law, in Family,'
Husband, of my Daughter's, Reformation.

I thank you, God/Jesus, for your Blessing,
On, their hearts, as they follow your Way,
Through the Rest of 'Life's Mortal Distressing,'
Two Hearts, as-if One, in their work and play.

May their Life, together, see only 'Your Counsel,'
Fill their 'One-Heart,' for You, unto Overflowing,
That, their, Thought, Word, and Deed, be 'Spousal,'
A Living Light, upon Your 'Pathway, their Glowing.'

The Time, is Near, for Closing of Era; it's 'At the Door,'
That, we hear Your soon calling, for 'Church and Bride,'
To, Snatch us away, from Tribulation, Testing, and Gore,
Reborn-Believers, and Children, 'Your Love Has Magnified.'

As we've Glorified You, for the Blessing's we've Received,
Through, our Witness, Holy Spirit Counseled, and Led,
From, Family, and Friends, Brothers and Sisters; 'Reprieved,'
That, we have Your Redemption, that you 'Paid in Our Stead.'
