Blink of the Eye
By Arley Steinhour 091515
The Place of Purgatory, may well exist,
But under another, easy to chew, name,
Not Heaven nor hell, but, in the midst,
Where we find our Glory, or Shame.
We've changed the name, to 'Mortality,'
The time given, to accept His 'Cup,'
When we see it placed in proximity,
That we, Take a Sip, after lifting it up.
Two (Thousand) years, we've had our chance,
To prepare, to accept our Bridegroom and King,
Some are precocious, and accept at first glance,
While the many, refuse, or demand seeing the 'Ring.'
Acceptance, traumatic, knowing 'This is Eternal,'
This one 'Man,' our Lord, Master, and GOD,
But, Sipping the Wine, opens eyes, to Supernal,
Soul, going to Heaven, where nothing is Flawed.
So, here we all sit, awaiting the Trip Home;
But, are you 'Reborn,' through God's Son, 'Justified?'
Refusal to Accept, Jesus, as God, the Bridegroom,
Your Eternity, be Lake of Fire, and there to reside.
Make up your mind, as the timing, is just yonder,
We'll hear Trumpets calling, high in the sky,
Some will simply, call it, a freaky, loud thunder,
Yet, the Church/Bride be gone, in 'Blink of the Eye.'
AMEN
