Finish in Sight
Finish in Sight
By Arley Steinhour 062714
Too long have I been off my feed,
The days of my youth, I live no more,
More like an old Coon, Tired, and Treed.
With focus on you Lord, standing on 'shore.'
Still my call is 'Come for your Bride,'
Rapture the Church, to Wedding Feast Table,
So, cloaked in White, we sit at Your Side,
Eternal, where Uncalled, have nowhere to hide.'
Ironic, the clues, and events, we should see,
Yet, the day and hour, no man can know,
Your clues all in place, for all things to be,
For Your Prophecies, to End, the 'Gentile' Show.
Your thoughts, far deeper than mortal mind,
You know the 'End,' bits and pieces, we find,
When I miss the 'Mark,' there you be, so Kind,
Rooting me on, knowing, I missed something Unsigned.
With new expectation, though health takes a dive,
If You want me here, with Logic, out of my sight,
Guide me and teach me, to search, and to strive,
To finish the 'Race,' with all of my might.
AMEN
