Life Priority
Life Priority
By Arley Steinhour 032514
Life on earth should be a prayer,
On God's desire, we must share,
His Love for us, beyond compare,
A Joyous life, making people stare.
So many wonder, 'what can be wrong,
These idiot's lives are a constant song,
'Whatever they have, I want to belong,
Belief in a Life, that is ever so long.'
Someone asked, just the other day,
"Would you like a life that's total play?
Digging a ditch, you'll joyously say,
'Join me at Church, this coming Sunday?"
Do you feel, 'That's terribly wrong for me,
Barely time to dress, before first Tee,
Eighteen holes, with best friends, three;'
I nod head, but Church, is a Life Priority.
This life that Satan has piled on your head,
Makes many folk feel they need go to bed,
The Church folk, often, make you see Red,
To miss out on the things, you love, you've said.
We, too, have desires, and deep love of life,
The difference between us, is Jesus' Wife,
God came to earth, to pay Sin-price, rife,
A gift He gives Bride, Eternity Without Strife.
AMEN
