Redemption Story
Redemption Story
By Arley Steinhour 091513
Soon, the children, near and far
Amazed, will look up to the sky,
Having heard the call of Shofar,
And it's mournful, Last Trump, cry.
The call, of which, most won't hear,
If they be over, Western, age of twelve,
Childs last utterance, a cry, or cheer,
As God takes them home to Dwell.
Of 'Accountable,' close to fifteen percent,
Numbering, a Billion, may also disappear,
To reside in God's Heavenly Temple Tent,
Called New Jerusalem, with mighty cheer.
Most children, won't believe their eyes,
Until another soul takes their hand,
Explains the truth, to calm their cries,
Then, lead them around the 'Promised Land.'
The eyes will start to sparkle, bright,
As tears, change to grin of delight,
No more a world, of hate and spite,
This, 'Unknown, God,' does 'Love' Right.
This doesn't end the 'Redemption, Story,'
Yet, a Thousand years, to cultivate and glean,
That 'left behind,' may Repent, and earn Glory,
Grace gone, Redemption is by menu, 'Lean.'
Jesus rules, with Law, in Iron Rod way,
With Justice, Supreme, His only Stay,
Satan, no longer on scene, to sway,
Book of Life, Key, to Eternal Day.
Young, and Old, now, of the same age,
Spry, Happy, with abilities, never known,
Every step in Heaven, turns a new page,
All together, yet, privately, alone,
With Jesus/God.
AMEN
