We stand before an Awesome God,
Feathers dark with Mortal Sin,
He has no choice but use the Rod,
Except when Jesus Christ steps in,
Because We'd Repented.

Dear Father God,
I wake up to you, this morning
As Sun slowly lights the sky
Happy in my knowing
Another night's gone by

Sun rising higher in the heaven
Shows trees and clouds and such
A reminder of your Love as Leaven
Makes the heart swell oh so much

I marvel at your Power
I marvel at your Grace
You light this day up just for me
So I can see your Face

This day is laid out for me
I only need perceive
Never forced upon me
To taste the Love I need receive

The beauty of this day is there
The world can plainly see
Showing just how much you care
Salvation offered Free

Your light flows through the window
As does your Love for mankind
Love for all on earth below
Yet some refuse to Love in kind

We that love you have one goal
Witness, You and your Salvation
To those living as Satan's foal
Or wayward leader of a nation

Please shower us with sunshine
May it sparkle in our smile
May we drink your Blood-wine
And run the Winner's extra mile.
