Girl Scout Cookie AttackPosted Friday, January 13, 2012, at 7:47 PM
Place a cookie, on my plate, and for Dinner, I'll never be late. Girl Scout Cookie, YessirEee, you have caused more pounds on me.
By Arley Steinhour 011312 Father God, please keep me strong, Girl Scouts again, will sing their song, They knock at door, most innocent, To make the waist-line go hell-bent, The cookies in the air-tight bag, Are crisp and tasty, with Red flag; Red flag being calorie, Extra weight is offered free. Tears of joy, will run down cheek, Munching gently, flavor seek, One or two, will do no harm, Five or six, creates alarm. Calories at One-Five-Oh, Eat enough, look like Nero, Young sweet face looks up at me, 'Cookies Sir,' I fall like tree; Oh, what the heck, I'll take a few, Control myself, eating one or two; Close the door, and failing quickly, Reaching the kitchen, I'm feeling sickly; Averaging two steps per bite, I'll gain three pounds throughout the night. I swear each year, I'll buy no more, And then there's that knock on my door, 'Cookies, Sir,' says the girl in Green, I buy three so I don't feel mean. Burp! |
